This is an exciting brand new mid-level Product Marketing Specialist/Manager role with Vetstoria, the world’s leading veterinary booking platform, based in Central London. The Role

The Product Marketing Specialist/Manager will utilise their B2B SaaS background and bring a good understanding of product marketing to the team. This is a new mid-level role for the business and will work closely with the Marketing Director as well as product, customer success, and sales teams to develop and define the company’s position in the market. Duties will include:

  • Developing compelling messaging and content for each buyer persona and product feature
  • Conducting competitor and customer analysis and research, presenting findings and using these insights to inform product development
  • Developing and managing product launch activities and go-to-market communications, together with supporting collateral for all new products/features
  • Creating persuasive sales enablement tools, including presentations, blog posts, landing pages, videos, and product screenshots
  • Ensuring marketing, sales, customer success and support teams are on the same page about our product/features and understand how to communicate them
  • Work with key integration partners to develop collateral and collaborate with the partner marketing manager to deliver co-marketing initiatives
  • Work with customer success to help drive product adoption, upsells, cross-sells, etc.

Key skills / Experience:

  • 2-years proven experience in a marketing role within a growing SaaS or B2B technology business
  • At least 1 years’ experience in Product Marketing – must have experience launching products and creating go-to-market strategies
  • Proactive, creative, and ambitious with a desire to create and lead on innovative marketing campaigns
  • A passion for technology and innovation
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products in an easy to understand way
  • A natural collaborator
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High level of attention to detail and a drive to create polished, professional material
  • Degree or equivalent in marketing or business-related field
