We are on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll be on the front line of our sales process, providing an introduction to Vetstoria and its many benefits in order to create deal flow and book in demonstrations for our Account Executives.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Engage in both outbound (80%) and inbound (20%) sales lead qualification.
  • Call on a list of provided leads giving them an elevator pitch to Vetstoria in order to gain their interest in the proposition and book them in for a demo. Top SDRs book 10 demos per week.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to push the sales process forward with outbound leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and book in demos where the required criteria are met.
  • Track 100% of your activity in HubSpot CRM keeping up-to-date records/reminders.
  • Follow a clearly defined sales qualification methodology that is used across the team.
  • When a demo is booked, communicate the pertinent details to the Account Executive that will try to close the deal. Your insight from the communications with the prospect will be critical to them getting a deal executed quickly.
  • Liaise with the Customer Success Management team to ensure that they have all necessary info after a deal that you’ve originated has been closed.

Monthly responsibilities:

  • Report on lead activity, market conditions, and challenges faced during weekly stand-ups and pipeline reviews.
  • Bring forward suggestions on how to improve our outbound sales process.
  • Participate in twice-monthly learning sessions showing continuous improvement in your outbound selling skills.
  • Contribute to an outstanding entrepreneurial culture in a high-growth startup.
  • Learn the fundamentals of SaaS sales from industry professionals and startup experts, while building experience in a best-in-class Revenue team.
  • Participate in round-table meetings with sales teams across EMEA, APAC, North America.
  • Hit or exceed your monthly targets earning an attractive OTE commission.
