Meet the speakers
Mary has over a decade of experience in the veterinary industry. Starting in equine medicine, she moved into leadership as a Technician Manager, later becoming a CVT in Florida and Practice Manager at a busy 5-DVM clinic, overseeing a 30-person team and full operations.
In 2020, Mary joined PetDesk, which supports 3,000+ clinics in engaging clients and prioritising pet care. As a Solutions Consultant, she works closely with teams to understand their operations, identify pain points, and tailor technology to their needs—helping them save time, work efficiently, and focus on delivering quality patient care.
Victoria joined Vetstoria in 2018 supporting clinics across the globe onboard and utilise our solutions. She is responsible for leading Vetstoria’s global implementation team to onboard clinics seamlessly.
A Registered Veterinary Nurse, Victoria has over 14 years of experience working within the first opinion, referral, emergency and charity sectors. She is passionate to help solve some key challenges for practice staff, enhancing the lives of pets and those who care for them. Outside of work, Victoria is passionate about mental health, neurodiversity and enjoys time with her husband, daughter, 4 dogs, 1 cat and yellow bellied turtle called Mischangelo!
