In this webinar, our speakers, Dr. Ivan Zak (CEO, Galaxy Vets) and Mary Schwartz (Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, Petvisor) spoke about the challenges vets and their staff have been facing in veterinary clinics and identified the factors that contribute towards it. We discussed the link between technology, efficiency, and employee happiness and how tech tools can be leveraged for a smoother workflow and better staff retention rates.
In today’s time, mental burnout and stress are important topics to discuss, making sure that the staff embraces the change and overcome any resistance that comes with adapting to new technology within the workplace.
The webinar will help in:
- Understanding challenges in veterinary practice management,
- Understanding the role of technology in streamlining workflows and reducing administrative burdens,
- Understanding how to create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
