We are currently operating as Vetstoria, a proud member of the PetDesk family.
Starting May 2026, you will begin to see the Vetstoria by PetDesk name in our communication, product, and website.
Early next year, we will officially unify under the PetDesk name to provide a single, focused experience.
This transition represents more than just a new logo; it brings together our global resources and veterinary-specific expertise into one focused team.

No. You will continue to use the same online booking and website tools you rely on today. This is a name and logo change only; the functionality, your current setups, and the way you use the software will remain exactly the same.
Yes. You will continue to be supported by the same local implementation and customer success teams you know and trust. Your points of contact and the quality of support you receive will not change.
Once we fully transition to PetDesk, you will see a change in the email address from support@vetstoria.com to bookingsupport@petdesk.com. Same team, different email address.
No. This name change does not impact your existing contract, terms, or pricing.
The transition
From May 2026, you will see “Vetstoria by PetDesk” on our communications and website. This is an interim step to help our customers become familiar with the connection between the two brands before we fully transition to the PetDesk name.
The full transition to the PetDesk name is expected to be completed sometime in Q1 2027. We will keep you updated throughout every step of the process.
While our immediate focus is on a seamless name transition, being part of the PetDesk ecosystem will eventually provide your clinic with access to a broader range of integrated tools. We will share more information on these additions as they become available in your region.
