Our online booking software has been developed over many years and is now a very sophisticated machine with loads of customization options. The end result will be an appointment booked for the right vet at the right time and for the right duration.

A few examples of the kind of control that you will keep, we can make sure that a sick pet appointment is allocated more time than a vaccination appointment. We can make sure dog appointments aren’t allowed during possible cat friendly hours which you may organize. We can make sure that a vet allergic to rabbit hair will not be available for rabbit exams. We can make sure that the first and last appointment of the day will not be available online. We can make sure we never book online the last two available slots of the day.

If a specific vet may need more time than another vet, that is also perfectly fine. I could go on. You get the drill. With every customization I can guarantee that you will keep control.

The onboarding process is primarily about establishing all those rules. That you need to make sure that our system will work for you and your clinic and by the way your online booking will not go live before you get a chance to test it and explicitly agree to go live.
